Salary: £20,257.66 - £22,319.9 pro rata per annum

Role Purpose

St Ronans Care Home has a vacancy for a Night Support Supervisor. The Night Support Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting night staff to provide a high standard of care to service users and supporting them to meet their needs as identified in their personal support plan through an outcome focused approach and based on the principles of independence, choice, rights, dignity and privacy.

 

 

Essential

• Basic numeracy and literacy

• SVQ level in Social Care or to obtain within 1 year.
