The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Technology Enabled Care (TEC) team in Adult Social Care for a qualified professional Occupational Therapist to develop and extend the existing service.

You will possess the determination, drive and enthusiasm to support other staff by increasing their TEC knowledge in assessing and prescribing appropriate devices. Above all, we want you to have a keen interest in this specialist area of work and willing to represent our service in the best way possible.
You need to possess excellent communication skills to connect with social care and health colleagues, voluntary and third sector agencies to promote TEC and help support staff and formal carers. You will require to have strong organisational skills and be able to make professional judgements while working with a variety of complex and challenging cases. In joining the team you will be part of a supportive social care service where your flair for finding creative solutions can flourish.
