Job Description
What is the role?
Carry out the functions of a general practice surveyor within the Estates section for the effective delivery of a valuation, surveying and land agency service to internal and external clients. To assist in the day-to-day management of the Council’s portfolio.

The Grade of this post is Grade 3 / Level 9, the hourly rate is from £19.47 to £21.14 and the annual salary is from £35,533 - £37,563. Occasional evening work possible.
The successful candidate will primarily work from home with occasional travel within the South Ayrshire area. Frequency for attending the office may vary depending on the exigencies of the service.
