Job Description

What is the role?

You will be an integral member of a small team working to support families within two cluster schools. It will be your role to support and assist children and families who may need help due to the impact of the pandemic. You will oversee whole family plans to build cohesion and confidence in families. At the heart of these plans will be a relationship based approach that identifies what the service can do to initiate the greatest change or impact for our families. This will include working in partnership with key agencies to ensure that our
families receive support as early as possible to make the task of parenting easier and
prevent family breakdown. You will work with a range of council and voluntary agency partners to build family capital and contribute to the Strategic Outcomes of South Ayrshires Childrens Services Plan.
