Job Description

What is the role?

The ICT Helpdesk Technician provides Level 1 (first-line) user support and services for the ICT helpdesk function. Provides excellent customer service for users requesting support or services through all available contact channels (face-to-face, telephone, email, online). Quickly analyse and either resolve or reallocate/escalate calls when they cannot be resolved at Level 1. Undertake ICT project tasks as assigned.

The Grade of these posts are Grade 2 / Level 7; the hourly rate is from £14.55 to £15.88 and the annual salary is from £26,554 to £28,981. Please note these posts are temporary for 12 months.
