Job Description

What is the role?

This role within the HSCP’s Planning and Performance Team is designed to support the HSCP’s Performance monitoring and reporting activity, working closely with the Planning and Performance Officer and wider team to produce high-quality, timely Management and Performance data and produce data to support effective and efficient movement through care pathways.

The role will provide administration support, key analysis and reports to support the improvement of outcomes for the partnership. The post-holder will use complex information systems, providing reliable administrative support and apply appropriate technical expertise. This role will be supported by the Digital Programme manager and Operational Manager who has responsibility for Delayed Transfers of Care.

The Grade of this post is Grade 2 / Level 7, the hourly rate is from £15.58 to £16.91and the annual salary is from £28,433 to £30,861.

The successful candidate will work from a designated office location.
