Job Description

What is the role?

To plan, manage and complete a programme of work for the transition from analogue to digital telecare for the South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP).  Working to deadline and budget to co-ordinate the efforts of project teams and / or third party consultants to bring the programme of work to completion according to agreed project plans.  To develop a business case and options appraisal for this transition that will include cyber security, testing, procurement and commissioning of new services.

To work closely with the Scottish Local Government Digital Office and be the direct interface with the Health and Social Care Partnership, South Ayrshire Council ICT, and the Partnership’s leadership team and to prepare and present business cases and project updates to the Digital Board in accordance with standard project management methodologies.

The Grade of this post is Grade 4 / Level 12, the hourly rate is from £23.92 to £25.39 and the annual salary is from £43,654 to £46,337.

This post is temporary for 23 months.
