Job Description

What is the role?

South Ayrshire Council is looking to recruit residential workers to work across their children's houses.  Previous experience of working with vulnerable young people is essential as is a commitment to improving outcomes for young people. You must be person centred in your thinking and be able work in an imaginative and responsive manner and contribute to the ongoing assessment and care planning for young people.

An SVQ level 3 is essential.

The Grade of this post is Grade 2 / Level 6, the hourly rate is £11.55 to £12.63 and annual salary is £22,283 to £24,367 plus 17% non core hours allowance.  These posts are being offered on a temporary basis until 31 March 2018.
