Job Description

What is the role?

We are seeking to appoint a senior Manager with vision and passion for delivering high quality Social Work services and supports for children and families in South Ayrshire.

This post offers an exciting opportunity to shape services in conjunction with service users and key partners to improve outcomes for children.

The senior manager will be strongly supported in the Health and Social Care Partnership and also work closely with colleagues in Integrated Children’s Services to lead change and positive improvements in practice and service delivery.

The senior manager will take lead responsibility in relation to child protection, Looked After Children and delivery of regulated services.
