What is the role?
To assist the Co-ordinator – Housing and the Team Leader - Sheltered Housing in the provision of an efficient and effective sheltered housing service.

The Grade of this post is Grade 1 / Level 4, the hourly rate is from £12.11 to £12.42 and the annual salary adjusted for part time working is from £9,535 to £9,779.
The work pattern is 2 days each week - includes alternate weekend working Week 1 - Thursday & Friday Week 2 - Saturday & Sunday.
This post is considered to be Regulated Work with protected adults and children as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly, the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
