Working days are-
Wk 1- Thursday- 16.30 to 01.45, Friday 16.00 to 01.45
Wk 2- Saturday and Sunday- 16.30 to 01.45Wk 3- Saturday and Sunday 07.45 to 17.00
The hours are currently worked over a 3 weeks rota, with 1 week-end off in 3. There is also an ‘On Call’ requirement with this post.
Applications are invited from experienced workers who have completed appropriate training – e.g. Child Protection, JIIT, Adult Protection, and Appropriate Adult – and who are confident and experienced in the use of SWiSplus. Candidates must be able to demonstrate good leadership, risk assessment, decision making, and team building skills. They must also have a commitment to quality assurance.
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated leader, with a flexible approach to service delivery, to extend and develop his/her knowledge and experience across all client groups.
All applicants must be registered with Scottish Social Services Council and hold a Degree in Social Work qualification or equivalent.
