Job Description

South Lanarkshire Council administers the recruitment process on behalf of Cathkin Braes Tenant Management Co-Operative.

Hours : 35 hours per fortnight

Week 1-Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday

Week 2 -Monday and Tuesday. Working

Hours are 9.00am  to 16.30pm with 30 minutes lunch.

The main function of this post is to assist the Administrator in the running of the Co-operative.

Applicants must have relevant Housing experience, particularly, experience of Estate Management, Letting and Arrears. Duties will include assisting the Administrator in the provision repairs, maintenance, letting, rent arrears and estate related functions.

The suitable candidate should have experience of working within a housing related environment, experience of dealing with the public, be able to work with a minimum of supervision and be able to contribute in a positive way to the development of the Co-operative.
