Vacancies have arisen for Personnel Assistants within Finance & Corporate Resources.

The Personnel Assistants will provide a Resource focus to the operational delivery of our service. Key accountabilities include providing professional advice and guidance to managers and employees in relation to personnel policies, procedures and systems.   A good understanding of maximising attendance is desirable. 

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate good planning and organising skills; excellent communication including providing professional advice with confidence.  In addition, the successful candidate should be able to prioritise work whilst providing the necessary level of support to colleagues, managers and employees.  Applicants should have good customer care skills and be able to co-operate with others at all levels.

This is an exciting opportunity, and you will be given support and training as required to enable you to undertake the role to your full potential, however you should be motivated and have a personal initiative and drive to succeed.
