An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time, permanent Hearing Impairment Teacher (Teacher of the Deaf) to join Stirling Council?s ASN Outreach Service. ASN Outreach Service are a team of peripatetic teachers working with children and young people aged 0-18. This role involves providing consultation, advice, assessment and support for children, young people, families and professionals in all settings to ensure that all children and young people are appropriately supported to reach their full potential. This job will require you to work across the age range from newly diagnosed young deaf babies to young people in their secondary education setting.
We are looking for either a qualified Teacher of the Deaf who is interested in developing their skills further or an enthusiastic teacher, with relevant experience willing to undertake post graduate study to become a Teacher of the Deaf upon joining the team.
