This is a part time post for an Assistant Registrar / Customer Service Adviser working in any of the Stirling Council registration offices at Stirling, Dunblane, Callander, Balfron & Aberfoyle.
This post is based on a 3 day week worked on a flexible arrangement over the course of the year, which may require the successful applicant to work on a full time basis during holiday periods etc.
You will carry out all aspects of registration including preparation of certificates, registration of events, conducting ceremonies at various locations, providing information on council services and collecting payments. You will be required to provide office and ceremony cover when necessary.
You must be extremely accurate and attentive to detail, skilled in the delivery of customer services, enthusiastic, committed, a good communicator and team player.
A driving license is essential. Full training will be given, although previous registration experience would be an advantage.
The successful applicant will be expected to work towards achieving the qualification of Proficiency in Registration.
