Wallace High now seek to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Depute Head Teacher with the energy and drive to play a key role in the strategic direction of the school.
The postholder will be passionate about raising standards and developing the whole child; be able to contribute effectively towards the strategic direction of the school; be an excellent classroom practitioner who motivates and inspires pupils and staff; be a highly motivated and innovative leader; be able to recognise, support, utilise and develop the skills of staff at all levels; be an excellent communicator with experience of working in partnership with parents, school staff and external agencies; and be able to work closely with the Head and Senior Management Team, demonstrating a relentless commitment to continuous improvement and quality assurance.

The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for children. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be invited to come in to complete the form and have your details verified.
