This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a multi-agency service for primary and secondary aged pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
The postholder will:
*lead and manage primary and secondary provisions to deliver high quality learning and support for children and young people who require a specialist provision.
*effectively manage the outreach service in order to support children and young people to remain in their local school.
*support their team to deliver high quality staff development throughout the authority leading to the inclusion of children within their mainstream environment.
*contribute to the further development and implementation of policy and practice to ensure effective learning and teaching promoting high expectations for attainment achievement and promotion of inclusion.
