Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join the Council at a time of significant transformation and to bring fresh ideas to the team. The HR Workforce and Job Design Adviser will be a key contributor to our Organisation Design Review, supporting Job Design, Job Evaluation, Recruitment, Structure Changes, and New Ways of Working across Stirling Council.

You must have excellent communication skills and the necessary ability to seek and provide advice and guidance on complex issues, provide support to the Workforce Admin Teams to share best practice. An in depth knowledge of various HR systems, job design and job evaluation along with policies and processes would be an advantage.
