Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the recruitment of an Admin Modern Apprenticeship within Stirling Council’s Environment and Place Service. As a Modern Apprentice you will work towards a Business Administration qualification and undertake any other training required for the post.Requirements
You will work in the administration team based at Endrick House that supports our Roads and Land teams. You will learn the skills to carry out a varied range of administrative duties in supporting the Service e.g. incoming and outgoing mail duties, dealing with telephone calls, customer service, photocopying, filing, maintaining records and supporting the Service’s administrative systems and procedures.
An integral part of this role will be supporting our Cemeteries Service and the successful candidate must be able to learn how to support this vital and sensitive Service.
In line with Stirling Council’s flexible working, you will work in a hybrid way, part home and part office. The successful candidate will be 16-19 years old (or an official winter 2022 school leaver).
This opportunity is funded through the Modern Apprenticeship scheme and candidates between 20-29 years old may be eligible for enhanced funding if you have a disability or are care experienced.
