An excellent opportunity has arisen within our Integrated Facilities Management team for 2 young people, where you will work within the Catering Service. You will learn how to assist within a variety of settings including basic preparation and cooking of food within a school setting or Deli fresh, Stirling Council's staff canteens. There will be a requirement for flexible working hours where the Service is being delivered out with core working hours.
The successful candidates will work towards a Modern Apprenticeship in Hospitality SCQF 5 and be willing to undertake any other training relevant to the role.
You will be 16-19 years old (or a 2017 official summer leaver) and be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for this role and a commitment to learn.
