Job Description
You will contribute to raising achievement and helping in the general supervision, safety, care and well being of children, by supporting the learning process. You will assist in the preparation of materials and day to day organisation of resources as well as general maintenance and upkeep of information and communication technology equipment and resources as required by the teacher.
Assisting children to learn effectively in individual, group or whole class activities, you will motivate and encourage and actively promote interaction between children. Listening to pupils when required and respond accordingly and reporting any concerns and observations to the relevant personnel.
You will contribute towards reviews of Childrens progress and assist in the maintenance and organisation of books, equipment, including ICT and general stock. You will possess basic word processing skills and be aware of the need for confidentiality.
