Wallace High School is committed to the learning needs of our young people through a robust and effective pupil support framework. As the school moves forward under the National Improvement Framework and Scottish Attainment Challenge, closing the gap of our young people across all of our year groups remains a priority. As the Teacher of Pupil Support (Learning) you will deliver quality education to assigned pupils and Wallace High's primary transition programme, by supporting early intervention and prevention with a specific focus on learning, contributing to the professional, corporate life of the school in relation to pupils, staff and appropriate external bodies within the agreements of the ASL Act. GTCS registration is essential.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for children. If your application is progressed after interview, you will be invited to come in to complete the form and have your details verified.
It is Stirling Council's policy to ask that you pay for this if you are point 4 or above on the main grade teachers scale.
