Job Description

As part of the ICT Applications team the successful candidate will contribute to delivering a high quality customer focused service ensuring that appropriate second line support requests and escalated incidents are captured and progressed swiftly in such a way as to provide a robust reliable and cost effective ICT service which meets the customers’ needs and expectations as agreed in all Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

The successful candidate will proactively deliver Second Line Support operations with creativity and vision such that the department and the services it provides improve on a continuing basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of technical support in the organisation's ICT
hardware/software incorporating the relevant corporate and education networks, servers, backups, telephony system, desktop and business applications.
