We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and experienced Senior Social Worker who can take on the role of Integrated Operations Manager within West Dunbartonshire Mental Health Services.

This is an integrated post within West Dunbartonshire HSCP based in Goldenhill Resource Centre, 199 Dumbarton Road, Clydebank.

The post requires an individual with clear knowledge and experience of Adult Support and Protection, Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 and Mental Health (Care & Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003.

The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of statutory mental health services within West Dunbartonshire. This post includes management of one adult CMHT, one PCMHT, MHO service, CMHACS and ABI team. Provision of cover for two adult CMHT's, two older adult CMHT's, olderadult inpatient services.

The post holder will work effectively with service leads, other agencies and third sector partners to ensure delivery of a safe, effective, efficient and person centered care service. To ensure all statutory obligations are fulfilled in a timely and effective manner. You will have a genuine commitment to working in an inclusive and enabling way, promoting the highest standards of professional values, ethics and integrity. You will be able to evidence strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, manage complex interpersonal situations whilst being able to balance conflicting priorities and meet specific deadlines.

Requirements

This post is considered as Regulated Work with Adults and/or Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 and as such membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Further details of this scheme can be found here.
