Job Description

This is a part time post and the salary will be pro rata to the number of hours worked.

A rare opportunity has arisen to lead a dynamic Payroll team delivering a highly efficient and professional Payroll service on a part-time basis (17.5 hours per week).

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent or be able to demonstrate significant
professional competence and expertise gained through considerable and recent experience in a Payroll management/supervisory position. Knowledge and experience of Local Government/public sector pay structures and terms and conditions would be advantageous.

You will lead in delivering the key outcomes for the service of meeting all payrollstatutory, contractual, and audit obligations, and driving continuous improvement.
