Post 1 - St Joseph's Primary School - Fixed Term until 26/06/2026
Post 2 - St Joseph's Rainbow Base (Catholic Approval not required) - Fixed Term until 26/06/2026
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and committed to sustaining school
improvement and providing high quality learning and teaching, in line with the key Council priorities of inclusion and of raising the aspirations, achievement and attainment for all students.
Candidates must be a fully or provisionally registered teacher within West Dunbartonshire Council and/or on the current supply register. Catholic Approval required.
Requirements
You will find the Head Teachers report template attached to this advert, this MUST be completed by your Head Teacher and attached to your application form before the closing date. Please upload your Head Teacher Report in the 'COVER LETTER' section of the application, you are not required to write a cover letter.
FOR VACANCIES AT DENOMINATIONAL SCHOOLS
Evidence of Catholic Church Approval- Applicants must seek Catholic Church Approval when submitting their application for the post and a copy of the Approval should be provided to the Chair of the Panel prior to the interview. Where this is “pending” we will seek confirmation from our Church Representative that approval application has been submitted.
Denominational Primary Posts
Applicants for permanent posts in a denominational primary school must also have the Catholic Teaching Certificate or Catholic Religious Education Certificate.
