St. Ninian’s Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and nurturing Pupil Support Worker within our school team for next session, working specifically with P5-7 pupils.
The successful candidate will work as part of a forward thinking team, bringing a sound knowledge of child development and will respond to the individual needs of each child, providing high quality, caring interactions and learning and teaching experiences.
St. Ninian’s Primary School is a denominational primary school serving the communities of Dedridge, Adambrae and Murieston. Our school roll is 240 and we have 10 classes and a 40/30 nursery.
This position requires registration with the SSSC. The successful candidate will have six months from commencement in this post to register with the SSSC.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by West Lothian Council.
