Business English Lecturer (Online)- EC00979/LF

Contract Basis: Temporary 12 September – 28 October 2022

Note for Internal Applicants - appointment into this role may be considered on a secondment basis with agreement from your line manager.

Applicants who are educated to SCQF level 9 (e.g. Bachelor’s / Ordinary Degree), with a minimum of a CELTA qualification or equivalent, demonstrable experience of teaching Business English to adults / young adults at a range of levels, and experience of delivering online tuition via video conferencing platforms, are invited to apply for the post of Business English Lecturer delivering online tuition to university students in China.

A DELTA qualification or equivalent, experience of teaching towards Cambridge BEC qualifications, and experience of teaching students in China, are desirable.

Applicants should be confident in the use of online teaching technology and techniques and should be committed to delivering these courses in a creative, integrated and dynamic way to suit the needs of our students and support their achievement.
