Edinburgh College is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified person to take up the exciting post of Modern Apprenticeship - Business Administrator.

This is an exciting Modern Apprenticeship opportunity, the purpose of which is to provide general administration assistance to the UK Commercial Development team, to help achieve the college’s commercial income generation targets and fulfil its obligations and commitments with other government funded commercial contracts. You will receive on the job training, whilst you work towards a Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration at SVQ Level 3.

Working in a busy, client focused administrative role, you will be required to demonstrate attention to detail, high levels of accuracy, and excellent customer care. You may also be required to attend future events to help promote the college’s commercial services, both virtually and in person.

You will have the ability to work in an office environment as part of a busy team, whilst also being able to work well on your own, using your initiative. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be critical in this role. You will have the ability to liaise directly with external customers and attend external events and conferences, both face to face and virtually.
