Edinburgh College is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified person to take up the exciting post of HR Advisor. This is initially a 6-month position until August 2021.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our busy and supportive team. In this role you will be responsible for providing a full range of HR casework support, ensuring a high-level service is provided to managers and employees. You need to be flexible in your approach and a dedicated team player.

We are looking for an HR Advisor with extensive casework experience, who can immediately slot into a busy environment. The successful applicant will be CIPD-qualified or, as a minimum, studying towards the qualification. Coupled with practical, hands-on operational experience in an HR Advisory capacity, you must have excellent organisational skills and a proactive, service-led approach to HR. You will be confident developing relationships at all levels, with solid generalist HR experience, strong employee relations and employment law knowledge. You will have the desire and confidence to work independently, as well as contributing to the wider HR and OD team.

Please note that the successful candidate may be required to work at any Edinburgh College campus and must have the technical knowledge and space to work remotely from home.
