The primary function of the post is to develop the skills and understanding of students studying CIPD professional qualifications on a classroom and blended-learning basis. You will also be involved in the delivery of units on our HND Human Resource Management courses.
You will provide support to these students throughout their course of study and maintain records of group student attendance and achievements. You will also be responsible for preparing materials for lessons as specified within job outline and interact with students to monitor knowledge and understanding as well as providing constructive feedback to learners on their performance.
