Edinburgh College is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified person to take up the exciting post of Lecturer in Mechanical and Maintenance Engineering.


What we can offer you

You will be required to deliver classroom theories subject matter within the faculty of Engineering between Engineering SCQF levels 5 to 8. The related subjects will be within Mechanical, Plant and Manufacturing, which will include industrial applications of maintenance engineering related disciplines and workshop practices skills set.

You will be required to meet the needs of progression for SFC (Scottish Funding Council) additional places content, and will also take a lead role in improving Engineering and the use of VLE (Virtual Learning Environment).

What you can offer us


Educated to HND, degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline, you will possess knowledge of sustainable and new technologies and possess professional experience and up to date skills in Mechanical and Maintenance Engineering.
