Working in conjunction with the Manager - Wellbeing & Support, you will provide a professional, accessible welfare service to all Fife College students, focused principally on student attendance and attainment.

Working closely with academic staff and student support teams, you will be expected to monitor attendance and attainment statistics for all of our students. You will work directly with students if their level of attendance causes concern.

Additionally, you will assist with any attendance concerns or issues that may arise, including financial concerns, funding issues, reduced engagement, on-going medical conditions, low attendance and withdrawals/exit Guidance advice.

Educated to SCQF level 7 or equivalent in a relevant subject, together with proven experience in a similar role is essential, along with excellent ICT skills, including data analysis (using pivot tables).

You will be expected to have an understanding of barriers to learning and how these maybe overcome.
