Fitness and Wellbeing Adviser

The Fitness & Wellbeing Adviser role involves supporting the curriculum by mentoring work experience students and providing them with the opportunity to gain relevant experience within the industry. This role also includes Interacting with customers, offering advice and encouragement, the planning and delivery of gym inductions and health promotion.

The ideal candidate will have achieved REPs level 2 or CIMSPA Gym Practitioner (or above). A First Aid qualification and also group exercise qualifications i.e. Les Mills, Indoor cycling etc would also be advantageous with appropriate accreditation. A willingness to undertake relevant training to assist in the delivery of the post is essential.

You will be an experienced ICT user and be comfortable using Microsoft Office and its associated applications.

Effective communication, organisation and interpersonal skills are essential. You will have the ability to motivate and lead others together with the desire to make a real difference to our students. You’ll be able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will be self-motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised
