Head of Student Support Services

Due to a realignment of organisational restructure, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Student Support Services.

Supporting the Vice Principal Curriculum and Academic Planning, you will provide strategic leadership and be responsible for the development of an inclusive, high quality advice and guidance, learning support and career management skills provision, which contributes to the wellbeing and success of all students.

You will provide vision, leadership and motivational management to specialist teams, ensuring the effective delivery, guidance and support to all students through close partnership with internal and external partners.

You must be educated to degree level or equivalent with significant experience of managing a similar service. Essential to this post is previous experience of community learning, knowledge and experience of effective learner support methodologies and experience of strategic planning, target setting, evaluation and reporting.
