Following on from a significant Transformational Change project within the Organisational Development and Human Resources department, we are looking to recruit a Health and Wellbeing Assistant to join our forward thinking team.

You will be joining the OD and HR Team at a hugely exiting time of change, we have introduced a new platform which has changed the way in which we communicate with staff, we are also at the forefront of leading the way in what the new ‘normal’ way of working will look like. The Health and Wellbeing Assistant will play a pivotal role in assisting the Health and Wellbeing Partner in promoting new ways of working and ensuring our colleagues are healthy and well where ever they may work.

You will help to facilitate and promote on the delivery of the College’s Health and Wellbeing Strategy as it relates to our colleagues, to build on existing practice and facilitate on the development and implementation of a health and wellbeing programme for colleagues across the College.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates to gain experience within this area.

Educated to minimum of HNC Level in a relevant subject (SCQF Level 7) or equivalent you will have experience of working in a busy office environment and dealing with a wide variety of challenging tasks. You will have experience of planning and organising events.

You will have excellent ICT (including Microsoft Office packages in particular Teams and Sharepoint) skills and organisational skills, along with experience of dealing with a wide range of customers and providing high levels of customer service.
