Following on from a significant Transformational Change project within the Organisational Development and Human Resources department, we are looking to recruit a HR Project Partner to join our forward thinking team.

You will be joining the OD and HR Team at a hugely exiting time of change, having adapted to working from home whilst implementing a new HR system, changing the way in which we communicate to staff and now being at the forefront of leading the way in what the new ‘normal’ way of working will look like.

You will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of OD and HR project activity, with the support of the OD & HR Team. This will include developing HR Policy and Procedure, providing support with the ongoing management and improvement of HR Systems and collating information to support the College’s operational objectives.

You will also provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective service to managers and staff across the organisation which provides guidance, advice and practical support across the full range of OD & HR issues through a professional partnership model.

Educated to a minimum of HNC in a relevant subject and will hold or be working towards becoming an Associate member of the CIPD. You will have HR experience in a unionised environment. You will also have experience of case management, HR information systems and databases as well as supervisory experience. With knowledge of employment law and best practice, you should be able to solve complex problems within tight timescales, manage a high workload with competing priorities to ensure that deadlines are met and be able to delegate effectively and manage the performance of others.
