The key purpose of the role is to lead on the design, development, and delivery of effective and efficient engagement activities to ensure the FCSA achieves its strategic aims and operational commitments on participation, representation, and development.
The role requires the successful candidate to have a dynamic and adaptable working style which will enable them to speak and create positive working relationships with a wide range of people across the College.
You will be educated to Degree Level in a related subject or have extensive equivalent experience with working with the public and working in an Educational setting. Knowledge of the workings of Students' Association/Student Unions is essential, and you should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the challenges facing College students.
With a good knowledge of Social Media and interactive engagement tools along with being proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, you will have proven time management, administrative and team working skills.
