As part of the Curriculum Partnership and Supported Learning department you will work closely with external agencies to establish partnerships which will assist with recruitment and work placement opportunities for Supported Learning Programmes in Fife College. You will also be responsible for improving outcomes for students and groups facing barriers to learning, with particular focus in areas of high Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation(SIMD).

You should be educated to HND level (SCQF Level 8), in a Community and or Education related subject along with proven experience of transition work within an Additional Support Need education setting and or Community Learning Development.

Effective organisation skills, written and verbal communication skills and excellent ICT Skills are all essential to the role. You should also have a good working knowledge of child protection/ student issues, barriers to learning, Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding practises and the Developing Young Workforce Agenda.
