The Glasgow Academy is an ambitious, nurturing and high-achieving independent HMC co-educational day school of nearly 1400 pupils aged 3-18. It enjoys a fine reputation for its standards. This post involves teaching English in the Senior School to at least Higher level and playing a full part in the pastoral and rich co-curricular life of the school.
