The following opportunities are available: 2 full-time (2.0FTE) posts in the Glasgow School for Business and Society

The Directorate of School Professional Services is seeking to appoint two Administrator (Programmes) positions to provide effective and efficient administrative support with tasks associated with programme-related activity, including liaison with students, academic staff and external organisations as necessary, to ensure a high quality student experience.  These posts are situated within the Glasgow School for Business and Society at our Glasgow campus.

The roles are varied and will require the following:

  • Educated to HNC level or have equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to maintain clear and accurate records and collate and organise data
  • Evidence of working collaboratively as part of a team as well as the ability to work on own initiative.

A working knowledge of Further/Higher Education, including the use of a student records system and experience of liaising and working collaboratively with external stakeholders is desirable.
