 additional London Weighting Payment of £4,334 per annum

GCU London is the postgraduate campus of Glasgow Caledonian University, based in the heart of London’s vibrant Spitalfields area. The post-holder will contribute to GCU London’s programmes through teaching, supervision, research and consultancy activity in the area of Social Entrepreneurship and Professional Practice as well as contributing to the development of institutional collaborations and industry engagement. The post-holder will have experience in learning, teaching and assessment in the postgraduate HE sector, with a proven industry background and experience in responsible business, management, marketing and/or social enterprise. A Masters Degree / MBA in Business, Management or Marketing related subject or the equivalent level reached through experience is essential.

The post-holder will have experience of teaching at postgraduate level, including support and assessment of students for example personal tutoring, academic advising, supervision. Evidence of work experience in relevant areas e.g. responsible business, management, marketing, entrepreneurship, social enterprise, non-profits is essential. Evidence of experience in the development of educational relationships with relevant businesses and academic partners is essential. Evidence of on-going personal and professional development for intercultural competence and/or EDI is essential.
