The University is seeking to appoint a Senior Careers Advisor to lead a small team of Careers Advisors within the Careers and Employability team.

Located within the People and Student Wellbeing Directorate, the Careers Service is part of the department of Student Life.  Student Life comprises Campus Life Enquiries Advice & Events, Student Funding, Student Wellbeing and Careers & Employability.

Reporting to the Head of Careers, the Senior Careers Advisor will make a significant contribution to the operational and strategic management of the wider Careers service

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive careers team and to contribute to the continuous enhancement of the GCU student experience.  We are looking for someone who has experience of leading teams and partnership working across functions and teams.   Educated to degree level or equivalent, plus a professional Careers qualification, the successful candidate will have a track record in successful delivery of projects to enhance service provision.
