We are currently seeking individuals with experience and a dynamic attitude to deliver courses in Computing to a diverse range of students across a number of levels. We are particularly interested in candidates who have knowledge and experience of Cyber Security concepts and networking to work with the department in developing innovative teaching and learning and in ensuring academic excellence for our talented student community.

It is essential that you have obtained qualifications at SCQF Level 9, or relevant professional equivalent in the specialist area, or have significant relevant experience in the specialist area. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, work to their own initiative, and relate well to different student groups. With excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to work under pressure, candidates must have a flexible and can-do attitude to work.

The main responsibilities are:

To contribute to an exceptional student experience via teaching and learning activities on the range of courses by delivering outstanding computing provision leading to positive achievement outcomes. You will aid excellence in learning through the preparation and delivery of high-quality learning, teaching, and assessment materials, and by supporting our learners. Undertake a range of administrative and development duties that contributes to improving standards and achievements and the learner experience.
