Catering Assistant
Jordanhill School requires a catering assistant to assist in the preparation of food, serving of meals and tilling. He/she will also be instrumental in helping to keep the kitchen running smoothly by making sure everything is clean, tidy, safe and hygienic. This role also involves the operation of cleaning equipment. Experience of working in a catering environment or food service industry is desirable. Catering assistants form part of the catering team in the school and report to the catering manager.
Commencement date is as soon as possible.
Appointment of the successful candidate is conditional on a successful PVG check prior to commencement in the post, satisfactory references, presentation of relevant qualifications and confirmation of the right to work in the UK. Any offer of employment will be withdrawn if any of the above conditions are not satisfied.
