The College is seeking to appoint a Customer Services Assistant who will be responsible for answering switchboard calls to all campuses, greeting visitors and responding to number of emails each day as part of the wider Customer Services Team.
You will be educated to SCQF level 5 with demonstrable experience working within a busy customer services environment. You will be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Customer service and switchboard experience would be advantageous.
It is expected that the role will mainly be based at our Coatbridge Campus, although you may be required to work at any campus depending on department requirements.
Please note any hours worked over 35 per week will be paid at overtime rate and in addition to the annual salary.
