Hospitality and Professional Cookery Lecturer – Various hours
Temporary Contract – Until June 2020
£33,500 - £41,526 per annum (pro-rata)

To supplement our existing team, we wish to recruit a Hospitality and Professional Cookery Lecturer to provide cover within the Department of Hospitality & Professional Cookery and to contribute to curriculum growth. You will work within our state of the art training facilities across the full curriculum, including our prestigious commercial courses.

Qualifications or skills and experience to SCQF Level8 (for example, HND level or equivalent), in a relevant subject area, or appropriate industrial equivalent, with proven experience in the catering and hospitality industry. Experience of Further Education would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Possession of a teaching qualification, assessor or verifier units and experience in delivering and developing the Further Education curriculum would be advantageous.

An effective communicator and a highly motivated individual you will have a passion for the subject and the ability to work to deadlines and on your own initiative.
