Curriculum Manager

The college are looking for an enthusiastic, inspiring and committed Curriculum Manager to have responsibility for managing the curriculum and ensuring quality standards across our Learning and Teaching Team. Reporting to the Depute Principal of the college, the Curriculum Manager will work to improve standards and ensure an excellent student experience. You will line-manage our Learning & Teaching Team, and be responsible for curriculum planning and development and the quality of learning and teaching across the college. You will work effectively with the Senior Management Team to support day to day operations, and the strategic aims of the college.

We are looking for candidates who are educated to degree level, have a TQFE qualification, and experience of working with adult learners in further education colleges. It is essential you have experience of managing staff and be able to demonstrate your ability to motivate and lead a team. You should also have experience of dealing with external agencies such as the SQA and SCQF. The post requires extensive collaboration with external agencies at local and national level. You will be committed to enhancing the student experience, quality assurance and the promotion of equality and diversity.

In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary of £48,425; generous pension scheme and holiday allowance.
