ICT Support Services Technician

Job Description

Newbattle Abbey College are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and creative Support Services Technician. You will manage your own workload and flexibly respond to immediate staff and student issues working with Edinburgh College as managed services provider. You will help to provide first line tier 1 IT/AV technical support and services to all users of College ICT services, specifically ensuring that the teaching and learning processes are support at all times.
