The Role

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Advisor within the Open University in Scotland. You will provide information and advice in response to a wide variety of student enquiries and will also carry out a number of organisational and administrative tasks to support students with their studies. This is a desk-based role with advice provided by phone and email using a range of systems.

Skills and experience

You should be committed to providing a first-class customer service. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, will enjoy working as part of a team and have good organisational skills. You will be able to work accurately and interpret and convey a range of complex information in a variety of formats and be resilient under pressure and you should be suitably qualified, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
